Page has its own scroll bar on the right hand side.

The Club operates a year-round program of weekly training that is open to all, and designed for both fitness and competition (See Club Brochure for details). Those interested in competing may choose between community road races and specialized, judged Race Walks. The Club also offers outreach programs to encourage fitness and participation, and, as a member club of the Ontario Track and Field Association, seeks to play a leadership role at provincial and national levels. (See Club Activities and Club Administration for more details of the Club’s goals and operations, and Walkabout for information on our flagship outreach program.)
