About Bytown Walkers Club de MarcheOttawa, Ontario, CanadaPage has its own scroll bar on the right hand side. The Club operates a year-round program of weekly training that is open to all, and designed for both fitness and competition (See Club Brochure for details). Those interested in competing may choose between community road races and specialized, judged Race Walks. The Club also offers outreach programs to encourage fitness and participation, and, as a member club of the Ontario Track and Field Association, seeks to play a leadership role at provincial and national levels. Every Wednesday evening at 6:00pm and the first Saturday morning of every month at 8:30am. Held in conjunction with regular club workouts, but specifically designed as an introduction. Meet at the University of Ottawa Sports Centre, King Edward and Mann.
